适用范围
本标准规定了保证生产过程安全、卫生的基本要求。本标准适用于行业、企业生产过程的规划、组织和实施；建立行业、企业生产过程安全、卫生标准体系和编写生产过程安全、卫生要求的标准、规范等；也适用于对行业、企业生产过程中的安全、卫生状况、安全、卫生技术措施与管理措施的考核和监察。农业、林业、矿山、电力、建筑、交通运输等生产过程的安全、卫生要求，应结合生产特点制订。本标准中的卫生，系指生产过程中的卫生工程技术和组织管理。

【摘要】:ThisPartofCEN/TS14507referstoEN60601-1:1990"Medicalelectricalequipment—Part1:Generalrequirementsforsafety",asamendedbyitsamendments1(1991)and2(1995).ForbrevityPart1isreferredtointhisPartofCEN/TS14507eitherastheGeneralStandardorastheGeneralrequirements.Thescopegiveninclause1oftheGeneralStandardappliesexceptthat1.1isreplacedbythefollowing:1.1ThisPartofCEN/TS14507specifiesparticularrequirementsforinhalationalnitricoxidedeliverysystemsandtheirmodules.Itcoversdeviceswhichcanbesuppliedincombinedunits,integratedintoanothermedicaldevice,forexamplealungventilator,orasindividualdevices.ThisPartofCEN/TS14507addressesthemonitoringofnitricoxideandoxygendeliverytothepatientandminimizationoftheproductionofnitrogendioxide.ThisPartofCEN/TS14507coverstherequirementsforinhalationalnitricoxidedeliverysystemsintendedformedicaluse,forexample,incriticalcare,anaesthesia,andemergency/transportenvironments.NOTEItisrecognizedthatfromtimetotimeinnovationsanddesignswillappearthatofferadvantagesandyetarenotcoveredbyspecificsafety-relateddesignorperformanceaspectsofthisPartofCEN/TS14507;suchinnovationsarenottobediscouraged.Asthetechniquesandtechnologiesintheseinnovationsadvance,itisessentialthatthesafetyobjectivesofthisPartofCEN/TS14507areconsideredasminimumrequirements.Therequirementsofclause1.3oftheGeneralStandardapplywiththefollowingadditions:ThenumberingofclausesandsubclausesofthisPartofCEN/TS14507correspondstothatoftheGeneralStandard.ThechangestothetextoftheGeneralStandardarespecifiedbytheuseofthefollowingwords:′Replacement′meansthattheclauseorsubclauseoftheGeneralStandardisreplacedcompletelybythetextofthisPartofCEN/TS14507.′Addition′meansthatthetextofthisPartofCEN/TS14507isadditionaltotherequirementsoftheGeneralStandard.′Amendment′meansthattheclauseorsubclauseoftheGeneralStandardisamendedasindicatedbythetextofthisPartofCEN/TS14507.SubclausesorfigureswhichareadditionaltothoseoftheGeneralStandardarenumberedstartingfrom101.AdditionalannexesareletteredAA,BB,etc.andadditionalitemsaa),bb),etc.Theterm′thisStandard′isusedtomakereferencetotheGeneralStandardandthisPartofCEN/TS14507takentogether.Wherethereisnocorrespondingsection,clauseorsubclauseinthisPartofCEN/TS14507,thesection,clauseorsubclauseoftheGeneralStandardapplieswithoutmodification.WhereitisintendedthatanypartoftheGeneralStandard,althoughpossiblyrelevant,isnottobeapplied,astatementtothateffectisgiveninthisPartofCEN/TS14507.
