【摘要】:1.1ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestherequirementsformaterials,design,manufacture,testinginspection,safetysystemsanddocumentation(includinginstructionsforfirstoperation),forcommonly-usedtypesofgas-loadedaccumulatorsandgasbottlesforfluidpowerapplications(see1.2).1.2ThisEuropeanStandardappliestothefollowingtypesofcomponents,definedasthepressurecontainingenvelopeofgas-loadedaccumulators:-bladdertype;-diaphragmtype;-pistontype;-transfertype;-gasbottlesusedtoprovideadditionalgascapacity.Theyconsistofoneorseveralpartsjoinedtogetherbyavarietyofmechanicalmeansandbywelding.1.3ThisEuropeanStandardappliestogas-loadedaccumulatorswhichoperatewiththefollowingconditions:-subjecttoaninternalgaugepressuregreaterthan0,5bar;-workingtemperatureofnotlowerthan–50°Candnothigherthan+200°C;-containingGroup2liquidsandgasesasdefinedinthePressureEquipmentDirective97/23/EC.Itdoesnotapplyto:-accumulatorsforusewithdangerousfluids(seeNOTE1).NOTE1Fluidpowerapplicationsutilizenon-dangerousfluidsascategorizedinISO6743-4inadditiontoaninertgas(e.g.nitrogen)whichisusedasthepre-chargingmedium.NOTE2Therearenodesignlimitstothevolumeoftheaccumulator.

Scope:The report deals with spatial total-pressure distortion, as defined by an array of high-response total-pressure probes. Time-variant total-pressure distortion, synthesized from statistical data, can provide useful information. However, the consensus of SAE S-16 is that such techniques are not developed sufficiently to permit general guidelines to be formulated.
