【摘要】:Theseareminimumstandardsapplicabletotheidentificationofseizeddrugs.Itisrecognizedthatthecorrectidentificationofadrugorchemicaldependsontheuseofananalyticalschemebasedonvalidatedmethodsandthecompetenceoftheanalyst.Thispracticerequirestheuseofmultipleuncorrelatedtechniques.Itdoesnotdiscouragetheuseofanyparticularmethodwithinananalyticalscheme.Uniquerequirementsindifferentjurisdictionsmaydictatetheactualpracticesfollowedbyaparticularlaboratory.Theseareminimumstandardsforidentificationofcommonlyseizeddrugs.However,itshouldbenotedthattheymaynotbesufficientforidentificationofalldrugsinallcircumstances.Withinthispractice,itisuptotheindividuallaboratorytodeterminewhichcombinationofanalyticaltechniquesbestsatisfiestherequirementsofitsjurisdictions.1.1Thispracticedescribesminimumcriteriaforthequalitativeanalysis(identification)ofseizeddrugs.1.2Listedareanumberofanalyticaltechniquesfortheidentificationofseizeddrugs.Thesetechniquesaregroupedonthebasisoftheirdiscriminatingpower.Analyticalschemesbasedonthesegroupingsaredescribed.
