【摘要】:ThefieldbusApplicationLayer(FAL)providesuserprogramswithameanstoaccessthefieldbuscommunicationenvironment.Inthisrespect,theFALcanbeviewedasa“windowbetweencorrespondingapplicationprograms.”ThispartofIEC61158providescommonelementsforbasictime-criticalandnon-time-criticalmessagingcommunicationsbetweenapplicationprogramsinanautomationenvironmentandmaterialspecifictoType20fieldbus.Theterm“time-critical”isusedtorepresentthepresenceofatime-window,withinwhichoneormorespecifiedactionsarerequiredtobecompletedwithsomedefinedlevelofcertainty.Failuretocompletespecifiedactionswithinthetimewindowrisksfailureoftheapplicationsrequestingtheactions,withattendantrisktoequipment,plantandpossiblyhumanlife.ThisstandarddefinesinanabstractwaytheexternallyvisibleserviceprovidedbythedifferentTypesofthefieldbusApplicationLayerintermsofa)anabstractmodelfordefiningapplicationresources(objects)capableofbeingmanipulatedbyusersviatheuseoftheFALservice,b)theprimitiveactionsandeventsoftheservice;c)theparametersassociatedwitheachprimitiveactionandevent,andtheformwhichtheytake;andd)theinterrelationshipbetweentheseactionsandevents,andtheirvalidsequences.Thepurposeofthisstandardistodefinetheservicesprovidedto1)theFALuserattheboundarybetweentheuserandtheApplicationLayeroftheFieldbusReferenceModel,and2)SystemsManagementattheboundarybetweentheApplicationLayerandSystemsManagementoftheFieldbusReferenceModel.ThisstandardspecifiesthestructureandservicesoftheIECfieldbusApplicationLayer,inconformancewiththeOSIBasicReferenceModel(ISO/IEC7498)andtheOSIApplicationLayerStructure(ISO/IEC9545).FALservicesandprotocolsareprovidedbyFALapplication-entities(AE)containedwithintheapplicationprocesses.TheFALAEiscomposedofasetofobject-orientedApplicationServiceElements(ASEs)andaLayerManagementEntity(LME)thatmanagestheAE.TheASEsprovidecommunicationservicesthatoperateonasetofrelatedapplicationprocessobject(APO)classes.OneoftheFALASEsisamanagementASEthatprovidesacommonsetofservicesforthemanagementoftheinstancesofFALclasses.Althoughtheseservicesspecify,fromtheperspectiveofapplications,howrequestandresponsesareissuedanddelivered,theydonotincludeaspecificationofwhattherequestingandrespondingapplicationsaretodowiththem.Thatis,thebehavioralaspectsoftheapplicationsarenotspecified;onlyadefinitionofwhatrequestsandresponsestheycansend/receiveisspecified.ThispermitsgreaterflexibilitytotheFALusersinstandardizingsuchobjectbehavior.Inadditiontotheseservices,somesupportingservicesarealsodefinedinthisstandardtoprovideaccesstotheFALtocontrolcertainaspectsofitsoperation.

【摘要】:Thispracticeisintendedprimarilyforthetestingofflatpanelcompositesandsandwichcorepanelstoanacceptancecriteriamosttypicallyspecifiedinapurchaseorderorothercontractualdocument.BasisofApplication8212;Thereareareasinthispracticethatrequireagreementbetweenthecognizantengineeringorganizationandthesupplier,orspecificdirectionfromthecognizantengineeringorganization.1.1Thispracticeestablishestwoproceduresforultrasonictesting(UT)offlatpanelcompositesandflatsandwichcorepanels(parallelsurfaces).Typicalas-fabricatedlay-upsincludeuniaxial,crossplyandangleplylaminates;aswellashoneycombsandwichcorematerials.Theseprocedurescanbeusedthroughoutthelifecycleofthematerials;productandprocessdesignoptimization,onlineprocesscontrol,aftermanufactureinspection,andinserviceinspection.Contactmethodssuchasangle-beamtechniquesusingshearwaves,orsurface-beamtechniquesusingLambwaves,arenotdiscussed.1.2Ultrasonictestingisacommonsubsurfacemethodfordetectionoflaminarorienteddiscontinuities.Twotechniquescanbeconsideredbasedonpanelsurfaceaccessibility;pulseechoforonesidedandthroughtransmission(bubblers/squirters)fortwosided.Asusedinthispractice,bothrequiretheuseofapulsedstraight-beamultrasoniclongitudinalwavefollowedbyobservingindicationsofeitherthereflected(pulse-echo)orreceived(throughtransmission)wave.Thegeneraltypesofanomaliesdetectedbybothtechniquesincludeforeignmaterials,delamination,disbond/un-bond,fiberde-bonding,inclusions,porosity,andvoids.1.3Thispracticeprovidestwoultrasonictestprocedures.Eachhasitsownmeritsandrequirementsforinspectionandshallbeselectedasagreeduponinacontractualdocument.1.3.1TestProcedureA,PulseEcho(non-contactingandcontacting)isataminimumasingletransducertransmittingandreceivingalongitudinalwaveintherangeof0.5to20MHz(seeFig.1).Thisprocedurerequiresaccesstoonlyonesideofthespecimen.Thisprocedurecanbeconductedbyautomatedormanualmeans.Automatedandmanualtestresultsmaybeimagedorrecorded.1.3.2TestProcedureB,ThroughTransmissionisacombinationoftwotransducers.Onetransmitsalongitudinalwaveandtheotherreceivesthelongitudinalwaveintherangeof0.5MHzto20MHz(seeFig.2).Thisprocedurerequiresaccesstobothsidesofthespecimen.Thisprocedureisautomatedandtheexaminationresultsarerecorded.1.4Thispracticedoesnotspecifyaccept-rejectcriteria.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
